KNPV Dutch Shepherd Puppies
Our BRN Dutch Shepherd program focuses on producing driven, intelligent, and versatile working dogs. Our breeding dogs come from proven KNPV bloodlines selected for:

- Stability around the family
- Working potential for protection sports and personal protection
Labrador Retriever Puppies
Our Labrador Retriever program is built around one simple philosophy:
Breed dogs we want to hunt beside ourselves.
Our Labrador breeding dogs are developed through real-world hunting experiences on:
- Ducks
- Geese
- Doves
- Pigeons
- Upland birds
We prioritize:
- Natural retrieving instincts
- Trainability and biddability
- Excellent family temperaments
- Bird drive and desire to work
- Sound structure and athletic ability
Select puppies are retained within our program and developed into future started and finished hunting dogs, allowing us to continuously evaluate and improve our breeding program.
These puppies are ideal for experienced working dog homes, sport enthusiasts, and individuals seeking an active, highly trainable companion.
Each puppy receives early socialization and exposure to a variety of environments to help build confidence and prepare them for future training.
Reservation & Deposit Information
Puppies are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis with a 50% non-refundable deposit of $1,250, which is applied toward the total purchase price of the puppy.
The total purchase price for all Labrador Retriever and KNPV Dutch Shepherd puppies is $2,500.
Due to the planning, care, and expenses involved in our breeding program, deposits are non-refundable. However, if a specific breeding does not produce a puppy that meets your preferences (sex or color, when applicable), your deposit may be transferred to a future litter at the discretion of Childress Creek Kennels.
The remaining balance of $1,250 is due prior to or at the time your puppy goes home.
Health Guarantee
All puppies leave Childress Creek Kennels in good health and receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of taking possession.
If a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has a life-threatening congenital or hereditary condition that existed prior to leaving our care, Childress Creek Kennels must be notified immediately and provided with written veterinary documentation.
We reserve the right to obtain a second veterinary opinion before any remedy is offered. Any remedy provided is limited to a replacement puppy from a future litter or another mutually agreed-upon solution.
This health guarantee does not cover injuries, accidents, parasites contracted after leaving our care, illnesses caused by environmental exposure, neglect, improper nutrition, or conditions resulting from lack of veterinary care.
Surrender Policy
At Childress Creek Kennels, we believe every dog we produce deserves a safe and secure future.
If at any point during the life of your dog you are unable to keep it, we ask that you contact us first.
While we cannot guarantee a refund or repurchase, we will gladly assist in helping rehome the dog or, when circumstances allow, accept the dog back into our program.
Under no circumstances should a Childress Creek Kennels dog be abandoned, surrendered to a shelter, or rehomed without first contacting us.
Our commitment to our puppies and their families extends far beyond the day they go home.
Puppy Pick-Up & Delivery Information
Pick Up at Our Location
Buyers are welcome to pick up their puppy at our physical location beginning at 7 weeks of age. To provide every family with a personal experience and allow us to focus on each puppy’s transition, we prefer to schedule all puppy pickups on a single day, preferably a Saturday.
Prior to pickup, buyers will receive instructions regarding pickup times, final payment, and the items that will accompany their puppy.
Delivery to Your Location
Puppies can be personally delivered to buyers through every major airport within the lower 48 states. Puppies are legally permitted to fly beginning at 8 weeks of age.
Unlike many breeders, your puppy is personally transported by the owner of Childress Creek Kennels—not by a flight nanny or kennel representative.
Our $750 delivery fee includes:
- Pre-flight veterinary health check
- Transportation to Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Airport
- Airport parking fees
- Direct flight to your nearest major airport
- Return flight expenses
Our goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible while ensuring your puppy is safely delivered and receives personal attention throughout the entire journey.
Our Commitment to Our Bloodlines
The dogs produced by Childress Creek Kennels are the result of years of planning, training, hunting, evaluating, and developing bloodlines that represent the vision of our kennel. Whether it is our KNPV Dutch Shepherds or our Labrador Retrievers, every breeding is carefully considered with the goal of producing exceptional dogs with the genetics, temperament, and abilities that we value.
These bloodlines did not happen overnight. They have been built through years of investment, countless hours of training and hunting, and a commitment to continually improving our breeding program. Because of that, we are extremely selective about where our puppies are placed.
Our puppies are not sold on a first-come, first-served basis to just anyone with the funds to purchase one. We want our dogs placed in homes that understand the commitment required to properly raise, train, and care for a working or hunting dog. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy if we believe the home, lifestyle, or expectations are not the right fit for the dog.
For this reason, all deposits and payments made to Childress Creek Kennels are non-refundable. When we reserve a puppy, we often turn away other qualified homes and begin making decisions for that puppy’s future placement. Our non-refundable policy protects the time, resources, and years of dedication that have gone into developing these bloodlines and ensures that our puppies are placed with buyers who are fully committed and prepared for the responsibility of owning one of our dogs.
